Dresses

I find it difficult to not know what to write about. But I think my problem is that I'm looking for that something, rather than letting it come to me.

Kind of like dresses. For our piano recitals, it is custom to wear a formal dress. It makes things more exciting and seem more formal in general. Sometimes it's difficult to find a dress because of the time of year. My sister and I went to two malls and went through just about every store we could think of. No luck.

The next day my mother came home from our church thrift shop. She volunteers there once a week. Guess what she brought back? A dress. For $1. And I think it just might work. :)

Bear with me as I learn about the blogging world...I have a little bit of experience, but I still have much to learn.

Anyway, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lauren. I just turned seventeen and I am the daughter of the infamous Junosmom. This blog will allow you to peak into my life, but it will also serve as a sort journal for me, only you get to comment on my thoughts.

Something you might like to know: I am a pianist...I love music, and it is a very big part of my life. As of right now, I would like to go to college for music. I may be writing quite a bit about that, so you are forwarned. :)
